Ideas to build on Asteroid Protocol
For Asteroid Protocol to thrive, it needs an ecosystem of builders passionate about inscriptions and their potential to expand what’s possible in Cosmos. The following is a living/evolving list of ideas that can be built by any dev with an internet connection. Need help? Dev ideas
Design a metaprotocol and UI for launching "bot-proof" CFT-20s (ideas could include streaming mints, whitelisting and/or other creative ideas)

A batch-minting tool/UI for artwork inscriptions (i.e. a single screen where you can upload lots of JPGs and click “inscribe”)
A “bio” metaprotocol. Users could inscribe information about themselves, including their social links, in a standardized format for consumption by wallets and third-party dapps.
A name service for CFT20s… Give anyone the ability to set up names that could be used for payments and consumed by apps (i.e. .roids, .pepe, .trump, etc.). All CFT20s tickers should be nameable.
“Instagram” for Cosmos Hub. A UI where you can connect a wallet and upload images. Then, every image you upload can be minted x number of times by others.
Bots
An X/Twitter bot that automatically posts the latest art-based inscription sales. Ideally, it would tag the creator and embed the artwork as well as link to the collection on the marketplace
A TG bot that allows you to query a CFT20 and get stats (price, mcap, % minted, # holders, etc.) along with links to the chart, marketplace
A Telegram bot for minting and swapping CFT-20s

Crazy experiments
"The best inscriptions chain will be the most creative inscriptions chain." Along these lines, some random, playful ideas:
A series of music inscriptions where each inscription is a different "layer" of the music... i.e. one is drums, one piano, one vocals, etc... the layers could somehow be merged by a frontend to play the full song.
Asterogotchi... online Pet NFTs that require on-chain interactions to grow and evolve.
Loser inscriptions. Airdrop to friends without their knowledge (kind of like putting truck balls on the back of their truck without them knowing lol)
Comic book inscriptions. Each pane could be an NFT, and a bespoke viewer could combine them in a beautiful way.
"Word" NFTs that can be merged into messages.
Generative art inscriptions (not sure we've seen any on Asteroids yet)
A chess metaprotocol. Two players could post some CFT20s and compete for the pot (each move = an inscription).
Blog metaprotocol. Each post becomes a mintable inscription that can be minted up to 100 times or some other number. Could have an online viewer that shows and categorizes posts.
Inscription-gated mints... users must hold certain NFT inscriptions in order to be able to mint a new CFT20.
Forum metaprotocol. Each post is an inscription... w/ support for replies.
Question of the Day... post it as an inscription. Others can reply in an app, then you could immortalize responses by minting the best of them.
A RUNES-like experiment. Details from bitcoin here.
A browser plugin that adds a "mint" button to every post you view on Twitter. Each tweet could be inscribed up to 10 times.
